I AM SOLD OUT OF EVERYTHING AS OF SEPTEMBER 1st. I WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL SPRING.
HENS: SOLD OUT
As of the middle of August, all common hens are $10 each as long as you purchase 10 or more. I am downsizing before winter to save on feed. This price will probably never happen again. It cost me much more to raise all these birds. I hand raised these and I have gotten just a few months of eggs out of most of them.
30-40 left are 5-7 months old. A few might be just be a few weeks over 7 months old or getting close to 8 months old as of the 1st week of September. Everything appears to be laying except a few Black Australorps and the Marans. Some Marans have started laying but not all of them.
There is one 18 month old bird left and she would be free. She still lays. Please don’t take her if your intent is chicken soup.
I have:
- ISA Brown-sold out
- Black Australorp-TONS LEFT

Lavender Orpington–sold out
I also have Blue Copper Marans and Black Copper Marans but they cost me quite a bit of money and they are firm at $20 each hen unless you want more than 5. They will NEVER be $10 no matter how many you get.
I would like to note here that this line of Blue Copper Marans came from a hatchery ( I did not breed them myself) so they are pure breeds but they have very little copper on their necks–some have no copper on their necks. 50/50 of them have/don’t have feathered feet. If you google, they cost around $8-10 each straight run at birth but be aware they are solid blue and you might get one with feathered feet or you might not. The show quality or non-hatchery ones are not for sale. The ones that I am selling are NOT show quality. They are still beautiful chickens and I am uploading pictures shortly.
I must catch the hens at night as they free range during the day.
Our farm is located in Paron, AR 6-7 miles from the West city limits of Little Rock.

ROOSTERS: SOLD OUT
Roosters for sale: These are all $10 each or two free with each 10 hen purchase from above. Pure breeds that I hand raised.
These roosters free range. They sometimes come running for food–and sometimes they don’t. They have to be caught at night so I need one days advance notice to catch them.
We are around 7 miles from the West city limits of Little Rock.
Roosters:
Black Australorp–I have at least 2-3 regular ones and 3 show quality ones available after the fair
Black Jersey Giant–Sold
Lavender Orpington–I have 3 pending
Black Copper Maran-1…..(he’s a little dumb)
Silician Buttercup–3
RIR-1….RIR roosters are known to be mean to humans but also great protectors for hens. SOLD
Easter Egger–several in many colors
Olive Egger-1………………absolute great protector for the women. He spurs the cat if it comes near his hens. He is very big, came from show quality stock, and should not be put with small hens.
White Silkie–8 roosters left…..Silkies are small chickens.
Lavender Ameraucana–the real deal—He would cost you $10-20 as a baby from Cackle Hatchery…he is one of the oldest chickens that I own. He is the best rooster ever. He will find food for his women and call them over to him to eat what he found. If I try to grab a hen, he comes after me cause he’s so worried about them and what I am doing to them. He is at least 2 years old but he’s an amazing bird.
Blue Australorp–3 left pending
Baby roosters under 2 months old–Free for this month only
Thanks and Happy Chickening!
